Brewed with locally grown Scottish malts and fermented with HG’s house Brettanomyces blend notable for its citrus and stone fruit characteristics. After a three-month primary fermentation this beer was refermented and conditioned with the juice and zest of winter harvest Moro blood oranges grown organically at Azienda Agricola Fausto Quintieri in Calabria, Italy.
