A complex and vibrant sparkling wine crafted from a blend of three classic grape varieties, sourced from premium Tasmanian vineyards in renowned cold climate subregions, with meticulous viticulture and winemaking including extended lees aging, resulting in rich yet fresh flavours, elegant structure, great flavour persistence, exquisite balance, and a refreshing, natural acidity on the finish, making it an excellent non-vintage style.
