Sweet (fortified) wine produced from Muscat Ottonel variety

Grape Varietals & Region: 100% Muscat Ottonel, from Povardarie, North Macedonia.

Taste Profile: Golden-amber colour and aromas of elderflower syrup, dark honey, caramel, quince and vanilla and cinammon hints. Full-bodied luscious wine with dried apricots, quince and toffeed sweet edge accompanied by good acidity.
To be paired with apple pie, rice pudding with cinnamon, panna cotta, creme brulee and caramel based desserts.

Winemaking Process: Late harvested grapes are gentle pressed & fortified to arrest fermentation
