The legendary Jester King SPON.

A blend of three different vintages 2019, 2020 and 2021 of 100% spontaneously fermented beer.

Jester King’s goal is to make beer inextricably linked to our time, place, and people by harnessing the microflora, climate, and ecology of the Texas Hill Country.

For this beer, they took water from their well and turbid mashed it with Texas-grown malted barley and raw wheat. It was then boiled for hours with aged hops from their barn and chilled the wort overnight in a coolship. Fermentation is 100% spontaneous (no yeast pitched) in oak barrels.
