Inspired by the winemaking tradition of piquette, Vague Recollection is a farmhouse ale aged on the grape pomace from the 2021 harvest.

Working with Blanc du Bois, Syrah, Merlot, and Black Spanish grapes. After pressing the skins, a young farmhouse ale was racked onto the pomace for a few months of aging. The result is an elegant, complex, nuanced flavor profile that captures elements from both beer and wine.
