More than the sum of its parts, this collaborative effort between the Sour Js Jeremy from The Bruery and Jim from Firestone Walkers Barrelworks showcases the expertise that both of these teams bring to the industry. Barrels of Berliner Weiss styled ales, imperial sour ale, blonde sour ale, wheatwine ale, and a splash of old ale blend together beautifully, and after finishing on cherries in bourbon barrels, the final liquid is complex, nuanced, and perfectly funky.

This big, bad, bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout was generously treated with Vanilla Planifolia from Congo, India, Indonesia, Madagascar, Mexico, Papua New Guinea, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Tonga, Uganda, and Vanuatu, Vanilla Tahitiansis from Cook Islands, Ecuador, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and Tahiti, and Vanilla Pompona from Peru.
