Les Vignes de ParadisLman Quintessence Chasselas is a charming organic white wine from the stunning Savoie region. Tastes of pear, lemon and hints of pineapple over steely mineral backbone. The medium-bodied palate has a pronounced acidity and lingering finish.

100% Chasselas. The fruit for this wine comesfrom angociant project,they come from vines growing inthe Crpy AOC near Lake Geneva.The vines were planted in the 1990s with a western exposure and grow in glacial moraines, molasse and silt soils.
