Taste Profile: The nose is very elegant, precise, and mineral. Notes of pears, lime, and orange blossom blend perfectly with more exotic notes such as apricot and mango.The palate is beautiful, with substance and a certain roundness brought by the Chasselas. The minerality gradually reveals itself during tasting. This is a very pleasant wine that will surprise even the most discerning guests.

Winemaking Process: Picked 2 to 3 times at harvest, gentle pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation (16C) in 500-liter demi-muids. Aged 7 to 9 months, light filtration (white earth), no SO2 added until bottling
