This is the latest iteration of Little Earths annual super fruited foraged blend! This time with a mix of foraged wild plums, elderberries, crab apples, blackberries, damsons and green gages, alongside wild hops. The prevalence of plums means its one of the first upfront flavours, with a jamminess overall from the mix of fruits. Theres a light effervescence that brings forth a dry minerality that pairs wonderfully with the fruit.
