This sour wheat beer-style is a German Classic and one of our personal favourites! Brewed with 60% wheat giving a beautiful haze before adding Magnum and Citra hops for their delicate citrussy lemon flavours. Soured with in-house lactic culture and followed by a sprinkle of sea salt combine to make this beer deliciously moreish. Zesty, tart and refreshing! Perfect whatever the weather, but amazing in the sun.
