Mac Forbes Strathbogie Riesling 2022

Grape Varietals & Region:Riesling from the Strathbogie Ranges. The Strathbogie Ranges are located approximately 150 km north-east of Melbourne, Victoria.

Taste Profile: A vibrant nose, aromas of white florals, peach skin and sherbet jump out of the glass, with just a little savoury hint of preserved lemon. The bright front palate is backed up by delicate talcy structure and a moreish acidity, striking a lovely balance between citrus power and floral elegance.

Winemaking Process:The fruit is destemmed & crushed before pressing, and is matured in a mixture of large & small oak, as well as some stainless steel. Ageing is done on lees for roughly 6 months before bottling
