Grape Varietals & Region:Produced from fruit planted in the Cam de Felanitx vineyard, it is a 100% Prensal Blanc varietal from the Vi de la Terra Mallorca region of Spain

Taste Profile:This is a fine, light, delicate wine with a salty, savoury finish. On the nose there predominate hints of white fruit, apple and pear.

Winemaking Process:After hand harvesting, the fruit is pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is thenmatured on lees before bottling
