Grape Varietals & Region: 49% Cab. Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 4% Malbec and 4% Petit Verdot

Taste Profile: Deep rich garnet colour with delicate Christmas cake notes on the nose followed through with soft black fruits and well-balanced tannins on the palate.

Winemaking Process: Open vat primary fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Barrel matured in 225l barrels for 12 – 14 months
