This beers incredible complexity comes solely from blending. The barleywine ale adds toffee notes, while the Black Tuesday brings in hints of bourbon and dark fruit, and our Anniversary ale contributes rich melanoidins and notes of swirlingcaramelfrom the bourbon barrels. With no additional ingredients added, its noir through and through.
