Made from the ancient Persian varietal Rasheh, from vines grown in high elevation vineyards (1,480 m) on volcanic soil in the Sardasht region, smuggled out, and vinified in Armenia

Taste Profile: Named after the prolific Persian poet, the wine resembles its namesake emphasis on purity and elegance. It is fresh and playful on the palate with a strong sense of provenance due to the terroir the grapes were grown in.

Winemaking Process:Native yeast fermentation, followed by a 40 day maceration
