Expect clarity and flavour with a pronounced bitter backbone from our flagship beer. A light citrus hop aroma is balanced with plenty of malt character. Taking its cues from the classic American West Coast IPA, its a light amber in colour. Dennis continues to be our biggest seller, and for good reason.

Best Ale malt provides the base. Wheat and Carapils added for body. Columbus hops for bittering. Citra, Galaxy and Ekuanot in the whirlpool. Dry hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Ekuanot. Fermented with our house West Coast Ale yeast strain.
