We used to call this fantastic sake ‘Beau-shu’ because the owner, Beau Timken, discovered it during a trip to Tokushima Prefecture to visit the brewery. It was initially exclusive to True Sake for the first year in the United States, but we wanted everyone to enjoy it. Today, it’s one of the top imported unpasteurized sakes. It’s a signature Genshu with an undiluted alcohol content of 18.5%. It combines fruity flavors with a dry quality, making it a semi-sake that’s semi-dry, semi-sweet, semi-bold, semi-thick, and semi-rich, but fully enjoyable!

This sake has a round and lively character, offering deep notes of pear, white grape, melon, a hint of citrus, and rock candy. It has a brisk and zesty quality that appeals to wine lovers and is one of the best-selling sakes in True Sake history. If you spot a can, be sure to grab it quickly.
