Part of a trio of beers brewed to celebrate this years Hop City. For this IPA Northern Monk collaborated with pals from across the Pennines, Rivington, to brew a juicy DDH IPA. Festival sponsors Indie Hops provided some of their unique varieties, leading with a combination of Luminosa and Strata. The former brings peach, orange juice and soft tropical notes, and the latter delivers passionfruit, strawberry and a dank bite, with a touch of Lorien in the whirlpool adding a zesty undercurrent.
