Part of a trio of beers brewed to celebrate this years Hop City. And next up on the Hop City collab tour is this crisp, zingy dry-hopped Italian style pilsner brewed with New Hampshire’s Schilling Brewing – one of the finest lager brewers in the US. Dipping into the Indie Hops portfolio once again, deciding on a pairing of Lorien (notes of lemon and lime zest, wildflower and honeydew) and Audacia (notes of berry, lilac and lavender). The base beer is bone dry, with a crisp bitterness like any good pilsner should have.
