Grape Varietal & Region: Ohkela Bebe is crafted from 100% Grenache grapes, sourced fromvineyards in the Swan Valley in Western Australia.

Winemaking Process: 5 days on skins, hand-plunged twice a day, then free-run juice was transferred to a Qvervri where it stayed till fermentation was done. Was then racked to a stainless steel tank and elevaged for 8 months till bottling.
