The Ota brewing family traces its ancestry back to 15th-century samurai-poet-monk Ota Dohkan, the architect of Edo Castle, after whom the sakes are named.
This sake has the aromatic nose typical of a daiginjo, but delivers a voluptuous mouthfeel that’s rare for this level of polishing. Delicious on it’s own, and even better when paired with seafood & tofu dishes
