The first beer in our 5th Birthday series is a collaboration with none other than foodie & legend King of Feasts. We wanted to create the perfect ‘kitchen beer’, one that hits the spot when you’re thirsty and session on throughout the day. We brewed none other than a simple 4% juicy and hazy Citra pale ale. Using Citra in all its forms to bring through maximum flavours including peach, passion fruit and melon. A small addition of Simcoe hops add some gentle bitterness and well-balanced citrus twists.
