Blend of seven different varieties:Trepat, Sumoll, Garrut, Queixal de Llop, Ull de Perdiu, Garnacha and Sams. The fruit comes from vineyards around the Partida Creus winery in Peneds, Spain.
Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. No fining, filtering or additional sulphur before bottling.
