The man behind the famous ‘Banshee’ wine label (sold for gazillions) has put togethera new label called ‘Pavette’ which seeks to convey California’s terroir without the hefty price tag.

These are all salt of the earth wines, focusing on freshness and purity rather than oak and extraction –wines made in the vineyard and not the winery.Pavette means peacock and these wines certainly strut. Distinctive packaging, beautifully made Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and California’s heritage variety Zinfandel.
