Grape Varieals & Region: A classic Provence rose blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Carignan & Syrah, produced by the historic Commanderie de Peyrassol estate. This estate, founded in the 13th century by the Knights Templar, is situated in the foothills of the Massif des Maures, approximately 10 miles from the Mediterranean Sea. The vineyards are cultivated on dry, rocky clay and limestone soils, contributing to the wine’s unique character.

Taste Profile: A beautiful pale pink color with clear blue highlights. The nose is expressive, opening with notes of red berries supported by delicate citrus fruits. On the palate, a touch of refreshing greenness accompanies the wine, giving it a lively, fresh, and truly thirst-quenching character. It embodies the finesse, white fruit flavors, and elegant minerality typical of Mediterranean ross.

Winemaking Process: The wine undergoes traditional vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. It is aged for a few months on fine lees in stainless steel vats to preserve its aromatic freshness
