Wanting to go with what both breweries do best, this birthday IPA is a beautiful meld of in-house favourite Idaho 7, alongside the freshly named Krush; both imparting juicy tropical notes with a sticky pine undercurrent. Its Pollys birthday though, so they couldnt just leave things at that a supercharge of DynaBoost in the whirlpool, along with HyperBoost on the cold side, all of the fruit-forward notes in this beer have been amplified up to 11 in an all out rush to the palate with intense mango, pineapple, and pomelo flavours.
