Grape Varietals & Region: Blend of Siria & Fernao Pires from Setubal, Portugal

Taste Profile: Dark golden, with orange highlights. Notes of citrus, with some melon and a slight earthy aroma, reminiscent of mushrooms and truffles. Entry into the mouth is striking, revealing volume and body, again with complex notes of evolution with hints of terpene and the characteristic molasses or “toast” of Ferno Piro.

Winemaking Process:The Kamikaze line from Quinta do Piloto is an experimental range for them to test unconventional winemaking techniques to the region.
