Taste Profile:Deep red in colour. Cedar and Pomegranate on the nose. Ripe red fruit with mulberry, pomegranate and fynbos on the pallet. Rich smooth mouth feel with a lingering complex finish.

Winemaking Process:12 months ageing in 50% New wood, 25 % 2nd fill and 25 % 3rd fill. (100% French oak ). Two rackings during wood maturation.
