A coffee stout brewed with the help of our mates from Blossom Coffee Roasters. We visited their roastery in Manchester and with their help and guidance, selected their Espresso range to use for this recipe. Blended from 50% beans from Brazil and 50% from El Salvador, this selection gives us a sweet, round and balanced coffee flavour – with notes of caramel, milk chocolate and stone fruit.
