Taste Profile:Very light, bright yellow colour; intense dried herb, dry flowers and gardenia nuances to sniff, the palate lean and very dry, lipsmacking, almost austere, nervy and high-tensioned. It’s very dry and long on the finish, but avoids austerity. A food wine and a classic South Australian style
