Helles-style lager

This Hoarders Box exclusive is a DOUBLE krausened version of Ruekeller: Helles bottle-conditioned using a portion of Krausen wort from our normal conditioning process. We haven’t bottle-conditioned a beer on the clean side in years, and the result is Hoarder’s worthy. Delicate and yeasty with bread aromas and flavor that capture the maximum potential of our lager yeast. Prost!
