Taste Profile: Welcomes with an opening of black berry, cherry, cocoaand juniper berry notes. Bold and inviting on thepalate with evolving layers of red & black stone fruitand savory spices. Rounded tannins give way to alengthy finish of cassis, mocha and pleasant lighttoastiness.

Winemaking Process:Aged in French oak barrels, of which 50% new
