For this Universal version of Hop Bangers Seven Islands used huge amounts of Citra ,Bru-1 and Mosaic Hyperboost from Yakima to give the beer aromas and taste of pineapple and stone fruit that are backed by a soft spice,followed by tropical fruits aftertaste full of mango and passion fruit. Mosaic Hyperboost balanced the hop combo by giving extra flavors and depth in aromas with BERRY, CITRUS, STONE FRUIT.
