Grape Varietals & Region:An unconventional blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc

Taste Profile: It’s aromatic on the nose with red berries, rose petals and herbaceous notes. The palate is textural and fresh with citrus fruits.

Winemaking Process: The hand-harvested Sauvignon Blanc undergoes approximately 10 days of skin contact before whole bunches of Cabernet Sauvignon are delicately placed on top of the ferment. These bunches are then gently plunged into the ferment 24 hours prior to pressing. Finally, the wine is basket pressed and matured in stainless steel, resulting in a unique and intriguing blend.
