To kickstart our Small Batch Project series we’ve opted for a potent Red IPA.In our opinion a style that’s not brewed enough and which brings together two elements we adore: malt character and a bright hop saturated flavour. We arepart of the NZ Hops Bract Brewing Programme which allows us access to some exciting new yet to be released NZ hop varietals. The one in this beeris NZH-105 and on paper looks perfect for this style with its high alpha’s and its citrus, dried fruit and woody characteristics.
