Taste Profile: Their Chardonnay is medium weighted. It has punchy fruit bowl aromas and the palate has clean lines, some malo influence and nice use of oak.

Winemaking Process:This wine was produced from a single block of Dijon clones 76 and 95,planted in 2006, hand-harvested and whole-bunch-pressed. The highquality free-run juice was settled overnight, then racked to tank withthe inclusion of light, fluffy lees to build texture and palate weight. Thejuice underwent a slow, wild fermentation in a mixture of new, 1-year-oldand 2-year-old French oak barriques, with regular barrel stirring. After 10months maturation in oak, the most outstanding barrels were selected
and blended to this top cuve.
