For those not in the know, Seagrove Public is a new Danish brewing company centered around the social aspect of beer, the understanding that it is best enjoyed with friends and family. Focusing on small to medium alcohol content and high drinkability without compromising on flavour or quality. Seagrove Public is another of the Danish breweries were welcoming to Danskjvlar in June, so naturally we had to brew a beer together.

We wanted to prove that you can have all the fun intensity of a DIPA without the higher alcohol content. Using innovative brewing techniques like mash hopping and new hop products such as Incognito we managed to pack an obscene amount of hops into this lower alcohol beer, giving it an over the top juicy character. We also used NZ cascade for the first time in many years which is a hop we have really missed!
