Ahead of our Danskjvlar beer festival we asked our friends at TOL if they fancied brewing a beer together to celebrate! They have been growing and thriving as they settle into TOL City and their dedication to quality really shows. We decided to go all in on a big hazy DIPA and we found we have somewhat different approaches to how we make these big bold beer styles. We shared our strategies and found a lovely handshake in the middle to blend our techniques and show off our unique styles together! Brewed with a TOL style base malt structure but using our house yeast and a combo hop bill, we were really happy with how this turned out in the end!
