Taste Profile:Generous nose with beautiful depth and freshness. Like all great wines, the nose ebbs and flows as the wine aerates and warms. Ginger, sweet caramel apple, peppery radish, and a slight candied fruit character. Such remarkable consistency from this vineyard. Lovely mouthfeel with great extract from this warm vintage. Rich but never heavy thanks to the slight spice from the 11.7% alcohol and juicy but rounded acidity which keeps the fruit nicely framed. Long finish with ginger, apple skin, and wet stone.
