Our newest own label showcases the fabulous quality of English Sparkling wines. Gentle and charming, the nose offers up delicate wafts of honey, chamomile flowers and orchard blossom. With a light, almost creamy mousse the palate shows elegant conference pear and orchard fruits, blanched almonds and brioche, with touches of lime, lemon peel and a saline hint. Round and poised with lovely balancing acidity, its a very harmonious and moreish glassful, making it a superb choice for parties and special occasions.
