Growing up in the Smoky Mountains, we spent our whole lives hearing stories. Stories of life on the farm, historic icons, and most importantly, legendary figures, from wild creatures wandering the woods to the moonshiners whove brought so much attention to this area. From many perspectives, Justin Holeman doesnt look like the traditional moonshiner/distiller. Justin graduated with a degree in Zoology, and spent time doing paleontology work in Montana. Through his travels around the country and world, he gained a love for spirits, and became interested in the idea of making his own. As a self-taught distiller, he has spent the last several years talking with other distillers, reading books and articles, and most importantly, working on new products! His wide portfolio of experience has led to some amazing products, and hes always working on the next crazy idea! Hes happy to know so many people are enjoying his products across the country.
