Terra meaning land, earth. Tempo weather, time. Based on a hop farm in Surrey this project, is a 100% rustic planet friendly process. No co2, no harsh brewing chemicals no electricity and the wort is made on a 10 barrel solar powered kit. This is the truest sense of sustainability. Hops grown on-site, consciously sourced fruit.
The beers are spontaneously fermented via coolship but that is where the link to spontaneous beers ends. Lee Daniels, the founder, has been working in the modern craft beer industry for almost a decade, so understands how to utilise the best elements of modern processes as well as ensuring that the worst elements can be rejected.
