Sustainably farmed and a tribute to The Velvet Underground and all the Femme Fatales, this wine is a blend of Arroyo Seco Grenache Noir and Santa Cruz Mountains Pinot Noir. After spending 12 hours on the skins, it is pressed, fermented, and aged in stainless steel. It features a pale pink color and offers aromas of raspberry cotton candy, watermelon rind, and white lily. On the palate, you’ll find notes of wet stone and tangerine pith, with good acidity and a slight fizz.
