Stags Leap District Cabernets made Napa Valley World famous afterwinning the Judgment of Paris in 1976. Often referred to a “valley within a valley”, it’s wine production dates back to the mid 1800s, it’s small production means only 16 wineries have the privilege to call this region home.

Taste Profile: A classic styled Stags Leap Cab; very young, rich and complex. Agorgeous defined nose, gushing with ripe currant and wild berry. Thepalate is at once smooth and rich, like a melting chocolate truffle with darkberry jam in its core thats revealing extra dimensions of flavor. A wealthof fruit rushes through the lengthy finish with shades of cedar and cigarbox.

Winemaking Process:Aged in new French oak (20 months) and then new American oak (12 months)
