Following in the footsteps of my great grandfather who was arrested in Tennessee during prohibition for making shine; we do nothing differentexcept we have a license! Im Patrick Brooks, the head distiller at Tin City Distillery and Wine Shine. We are located in the heart of Paso Robles, our drinking town with a farming problem. My background in law, teaching credential, wedding officiant experience, and employment as a voice over artist has all led me to crafting spirits. After all, we wouldnt want you to go thirsty! East Side – Bucket Glass 2 slices cucumber – 3 basil
leaves – 1.5 oz gin – 1/2 oz simple –
1/2 oz lemon – 1/2 oz lime –
muddle basil & cucumber in bottom of shaker add juices –
simple syrup & gin fill shaker w/ice shake and DOUBLE
STRAIN – into ice filled bucked glass garnish with a
cucumber slice
Bees Knees – Coupe Glass – 1.5 oz gin – 1.5 oz lemon – 1.5
oz honey simple syrup Add all three ingredients into ice
filled shaker shake and strain into coupe glass garnish
with a lemon twist
Tin City Sling – Tall Glass 1 oz gin – 1/2 oz orange
brandy 2 oz pineapple juice – 1/2 oz lime juice – dash
walnut brandy dash angostura bitters tsp. grenadine
Add all ingredients into ice filled shaker shake and pour
into tall glass garnish with a lime
