We proof it back with local spring water and run it through an organic coconut husk charcoal filter. Our vodka is best described as smooth, with very little burn and a vibrant flavor. Its clean, odorless, and the water used to create it is local and pure.

Following in the footsteps of my great grandfather who was arrested in Tennessee during prohibition for making shine; we do nothing differentexcept we have a license! Im Patrick Brooks, the head distiller at Tin City Distillery and Wine Shine. We are located in the heart of Paso Robles, our drinking town with a farming problem. My background in law, teaching credential, wedding officiant experience, and employment as a voice over artist has all led me to crafting spirits. After all, we wouldnt want you to go thirsty!
