This skin-contact white blend features grapes including 64% Chenin Blanc, 14% Orange Muscat, 9% Grenache Gris, 8% Pinot Gris, and 5% Grenache Blancall fermented separately at low brix before skin contact (1416 days) and cold pressing.
Bottled at 11.5% ABV; it’s vibrant and lightly made, ideal to drink now through 2031.
