Taste Profile:A definitive white wine with aromas of green apple, citrus notes and hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is fresh, flavoursome and precise. A wine with a pleasant flavour and extraordinary minerality.

Winemaking Process: The grapes are selected and destemmed by hand and, after gentle pressing, the resulting must is fermented in concrete tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-16C and remains on the lees for 3 months in the same tanks.
