DIPA with Riwaka & Nelson Sauvin. Revenant Brewing Project, based out of Kuopio in central Finland, have only been brewing since late 2023 but have taken the Nordic brewing scene by storm and are putting out some serious good stuff. Together, with Track they’ve brewed a DIPA thats super pale pastel yellow and smacks you in the nostrils with freshly ripened melon and sauvignon blanc, thanks to a heavy hopping of Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin.
