For this one Track have paired one of their all-time, most-loved hops with another that is certainly starting to cement itself on the favourites list. Nelson Sauvin perennially delivers juicy white grape, puckering gooseberry and a light herbal note, whilst HBC 1019, known for its idiosyncrasy and intensity, expresses itself here as peach, pia coladas and cream caramel.
